We’re hiring across engineering, sales, and customer experience! In the past year, we’ve increased revenue by 3x, more than doubled the team size, and expanded BusRight to 25 states. Below is a one-sentence summary of each role, and linked below are the job descriptions :) • Head of Sales: As our 1st Head of Sales, you’re at the center of where the rubber meets the road, literally & figuratively. You’ll be on the road 25% of the time, presenting to thousands of prospects at conferences, hosting intimate dinners with transportation leaders, and developing deeply personal connections with customers and fellow BusRighters. You’ll be responsible for coaching a sales team of 9, which you’ll grow, to achieve 2-3x ARR growth YoY. • Customer Experience Managers (CXMs): Some companies view CX as a cost center. At BusRight, the opposite is true. Happy customers will soon be our largest driver of growth through organic referrals. As a “BusRight Concierge,” you’ll be responsible for driving product outcomes such as Transportation Directors getting their summers back/time with family, kids finally having a ride to school and more. • Full Stack Engineers: Build robust backend REST APIs that serve tens of thousands of drivers, parents, and transportation leaders daily with mission-critical information. With over 10 million location updates ingested daily from BusRight’s driver app, your efforts will be a driving force in bringing our nation's critical infrastructure online. • Business Development Representatives: Few people can make 80-100 cold calls/day for 12+ months, get rejected 95% of the time, and still show up to work with a smile on their faces.
